| This work is inspired by Basili's experience factory idea. It focuses |
| specifically on technical experience. Technology Experience |
| Package (TEP) models the technical experience. A life cycle Life |
| cycle of a knowledge component is proposed (identify, store, |
| access, reuse). The paper does not directly address ontology but |
| uses taxonomy in exploiting the knowledge captured in TEPs. The |
| paper is interesting because it is an application of knowledge |
| management in software engineering. It describes a requirement |
| for knowledge management in software engineering and survey of |
